Domestic Shipping (UAE)
Orders fulfilled locally within the UAE are usually delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination city.
Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high order volume or courier delay, delivery may take slightly longer.
You will be notified via email or phone if there is any significant delay.
Shipping charges for UAE deliveries are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
For bulk or wholesale orders, consolidated shipping or pallet delivery options may apply.
International Shipping (From China)
All international orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or standard air freight options.
We ship worldwide to most countries using reliable freight partners.
Estimated delivery times:
Economy Air (DDP): 10 – 20 business days
Standard Air (DDP): 10 – 18 business days
Priority Air (DDP): 8 – 15 business days
Economy Freight (DDP): 12 – 22 business days
Sea Freight (DDP): 25 – 40 business days (for large shipments 100 kg +)
Delivery times vary depending on destination, total weight, and selected shipping tier.
All transit times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections or logistics delays.
Customs and Import Duties
For most international orders, customs duties and taxes are included if you choose a DDP shipping option at checkout.
For destinations where DDP is not available, the shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These additional charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
We are not responsible for customs delays, clearance fees, or restricted items.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or customs refusal, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping or return costs.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Orders
For select destinations — including the UAE, GCC region, Europe, and North America — we offer DDP shipping, where all customs duties and VAT are prepaid.
If this option is available, it will be displayed at checkout and clearly labeled as “DDP – Duties & Taxes Included.”
Delivery Estimates & Tracking
All estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on shipping route, customs processing, or courier conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking data to become active.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before checkout to confirm the fastest available shipping method (Priority Air or Express).
